error loading report
Now I am unable to even access the entire program. It says the application has generated a n exception that could not be handled Process id=oxd70(3440, thread id+oxd 74 (3444) Might as well be Greek I have reports due in 5 days. Also read the known issues report on this problem but can not figure out where the win98crystal.exe is.

This issue has been resolved. Issue: The error message 'Failed to load report' appears when attempting to view a report in HomeSchool Minder with Windows 98. Reason: The query engine DLL (crqe.dll) did not get registered during installation. Solution: Download the win98crystal.exe file from our ftp server and execute it. The win98crystal.exe file is located on our ftp server (ftp.homeschoolminder.com). If your Firewall settings or operating system will not allow you to download exe's, email us at install@homeschoolminder.com. Right-click on win98crystal.exe. Select "Copy to Folder" and select Desktop from the list. This will begin the download. Once downloaded to your Desktop, double-click win98crystal.exe. When it finishes, close the box and run HomeSchool Minder.
